TTProNet is operated by Gardos Pronet SL, registered in Spain at Avenida Villa de Otura 81, 18630 Otura. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TTProNet platform and all associated services.
Article 2. Platform Usage
TTProNet is a networking platform designed to connect table tennis players, clubs, coaches, and managers. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3. Plans and Guides
Training plans, articles, videos, and other educational material offered on TTProNet are provided for informational purposes only. Before starting any training program, you should seek approval from a qualified coach and, where appropriate, a medical professional.
Article 4. Membership and Payments
Paid memberships renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Gardos Pronet SL to charge the payment method on file for each renewal term.
Article 5. Limitation of Liability
TTProNet and Gardos Pronet SL are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from following advice, plans, or content presented on the platform. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Article 6. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
Article 7. Cancellation and Modifications
Users may cancel their membership at any time; however, payments already made will not be refunded. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Article 8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on TTProNet are the intellectual property of Gardos Pronet SL or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
Article 9. Service Use and Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.
Article 10. Advertising on the Platform
TTProNet may display advertising or sponsored content. We strive to keep advertising clearly labeled and relevant to our community.
Article 11. Forum Usage Rules
The Forum is a community space. Hate speech, spam, harassment, and inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension.
Article 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of Granada, Spain.
