The new TTProNet

Yes, the same password. It was carried over as-is, so there is nothing to reset.

Your login name is your email address. The new site has no separate username: type the email you registered with on the old TTProNet, the one your TTProNet emails were sent to. Your first and last name came over too and show on your profile.

If you used to type something other than your email to log in, that no longer works. Use your email instead.

1. 1.Go to the sign-in page.
2. 2.Type the same email and the same password you used on the old TTProNet.
3. 3.Click “Sign In”. Your profile, membership and history are already there.

Nothing to reset. Your password was carried over as-is.

1. 1.On the sign-in page click “Forgot password?”.
2. 2.Enter the email you use on TTProNet and click “Send reset link”.
3. 3.Open the email “Reset your password for TTProNet” from [email protected]. If it isn't in your inbox within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.
4. 4.Click the link in the email, type a new password and save it.
5. 5.Click “Continue” to get back to the sign-in page, then sign in with your email and the new password.

For security the site always shows that message, even for an address that has no account, so it never reveals whether an email is registered.

Check your spam folder first. Then make sure you used the email you registered with on the old TTProNet — the one your TTProNet emails were sent to. If it still doesn't arrive, write to [email protected] with that email.

2. 2.Pick the Google account with the same email you use on TTProNet.
3. 3.You're in. It's the same account, with the same membership.

A different Google email creates a brand-new, empty account. If that happens, sign out and try again with the right one. Your email and password keep working too.

Sign in with Apple is not available on the new site yet. Your account is still there, under the email address you registered with.

1. 1.Find the email you registered with (the address your TTProNet emails were sent to).
2. 2.If you know your password, sign in with that email and password.
3. 3.If you don't, use “Forgot password?” with that email and follow the reset steps above.

Registered with an Apple “Hide My Email” address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com)? Write to [email protected] with your name and we'll sort it out.

Yes. It was carried over and is already active — there is nothing to buy or re-enter. Sign in and everything PRO is unlocked.

To see your access end date, open Settings → Subscription.

Your old payment details were not moved and nothing renews by itself. When your membership ends, you pick a plan and pay on the new site. The tiers are the same as before: Player PRO €75/year, Trainer €75/year, Manager €150/year, Club €150/year — and Player PRO and Trainer can now also be paid monthly at €9.99.

No. Sign in as before and use the free features. You can upgrade to PRO whenever you like.

No. Keep the TTProNet app you have installed — it keeps working. The new version arrives as a regular update in the App Store and Google Play, and we'll let you know when it's out.

Yes. The same email and password, or your Google account, works on the website and in the app.

Your profile, role and membership are. The forum archive was carried over too; posts keep the name of their original author.

No. Only the scrambled (hashed) form of your password was moved, and nobody can read a password from it. That's exactly why your old password keeps working.

The pages have moved, so links to inner pages of the old site may no longer open. Start from ttpronet.com and update your bookmarks.
