Child Safety Standards

TTProNet · Gardos Pronet SL · Last updated 28 October 2026

1. Our commitment

TTProNet (the app and website operated by Gardos Pronet SL, Otura, Spain) is a table tennis community used by players, coaches and clubs, including young players. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. These standards apply to every part of TTProNet: profiles, messages, the forum and Q&A, articles, comments, live sessions, the Academy and any other place where members can publish or exchange content.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on TTProNet and lead to immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the account, with referral to the authorities where required by law: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including real, altered, drawn or AI-generated imagery; the sexualisation of minors, including sexual comments, requests or role-play involving a minor; grooming — contacting a minor to build trust for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation, including requests for images, meetings, or moving the conversation to another platform; sextortion, trafficking or any attempt to arrange sexual contact with a minor; and sharing links to, or instructions for finding, any of the above.

3. Age requirement

TTProNet is intended for users aged 13 and older. Accounts of younger children that come to our attention are removed. Coaches, club managers and other adults who work with young players through TTProNet must keep all communication appropriate, sport-related and, wherever possible, visible to a parent, guardian or club.

4. How we enforce these standards

Profiles, messages, forum topics, questions, answers, comments, articles and live-session chat on TTProNet all carry a Report action. Reports concerning child safety are prioritised and reviewed by a human moderator from our team. Confirmed violations result in removal of the content, termination of the account and preservation of evidence. We do not notify an offending user before we have preserved what the authorities may need.

5. Reporting to authorities

We report apparent CSAM to the competent authorities and child-protection bodies in accordance with applicable law, including the Spanish Policía Nacional and Guardia Civil, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies in other countries. Members who believe a child is in immediate danger should contact their local emergency services first.

6. How to report a concern

Use the Report button on the content or profile in the app or on the website, or email our child-safety contact at [email protected] with the subject "Child safety". Please include the member's name or profile link and, if possible, a screenshot. We acknowledge child-safety reports within 24 hours and act on them as a priority. You can report anonymously.

7. Child safety point of contact

Gardos Pronet SL has designated a child-safety point of contact who is responsible for these standards and for responding to notifications from Google, Apple, law-enforcement agencies and child-protection organisations: [email protected] (Gardos Pronet SL, Avenida Villa de Otura 81, 18630 Otura, Granada, Spain).

8. Compliance with law

These standards are in addition to, not instead of, our obligations under Spanish law, the EU Digital Services Act, the EU Regulation on combating child sexual abuse, and the child-safety policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Where any law or policy sets a higher standard, that standard applies.

9. Changes to these standards

We review these standards regularly and update them when our product, the law or platform policies change. The current version is always published at this address.
