Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your TTProNet account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request it, what we delete, and what we may be legally required to keep.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address you used to register. We verify ownership of the account before deleting anything.
Opens an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”.
We confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- Your profile (name, email, photo, bio, and settings)
- Posts, comments, and messages you created
- Lesson progress, bookmarks, and watch history
- Followers, blocks, and other social connections
- Your sign-in credentials and authentication identifiers
What we may retain
A limited set of data may be kept only where the law requires it or to protect the integrity of the platform:
Billing & transaction records
Kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to several years), in anonymized or pseudonymized form where possible.
Encrypted backups
Residual copies are purged from rolling backups within 90 days of your deletion request.
Records required to meet legal obligations
Limited data we are legally obligated to retain (e.g. to resolve disputes or prevent abuse).
